It is important that I provide you with a wonderful guest experience. These guidelines will ensure that our time together flows seamlessly. We will start your visit with a full consultation where we will discuss not only your goals for today but your goals long term. *If you are a new color client, we will recap our previously scheduled consultation and be sure our plan is still the same.

• All appointments must be secured with a credit or debit card. No prepaid debit cards such as cash app are accepted.

• Your card will not be charged to secure your appointment unless a deposit is shown for the service booked. 

• If you request that I schedule your appointment, please confirm it as soon as it is sent to you. Failure to confirm your appointment in a timely fashion will result in loss of your requested slot/cancellation. In addition, someone can book online and take your desired since it is not yet secured.

• At the end of your service, you may conveniently pay with the card you secured  your appointment with, cash or a different card. You must bring your card with you to your appointment.

• I care about your tresses and am here to nourish them. Detangling requires a lot of TLC. Please be sure to come detangled to avoid a detangling charge. If you require assistance detangling your hair, please let me know at the time of scheduling your appointment. 

• Please be prompt and try to arrive early to allow time for parking. I like to suggest 10-15 minutes to give yourself ample time. If you are running behind please notify me. A 10 minute courtesy period will be provided. If arriving in the salon later than 10 mins, a $1.00 fee per min thereafter will incur. If your tardiness is excessive or conflicts with other appointments, you may be subject to reschedule and charged for a same day cancellation/no show.

Please add your appointment to your personal calendar when scheduling.

You will receive a courtesy reminder text about your appointment 72 hours prior. If something comes up and you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible and at least 48 hours before. You will need to cancel through the booking link located in your text messages about our appointment. I will not accept messages about late cancellations. Appointments canceled/rescheduled 24 hours prior to start time will be charged 50% of the services booked. Same day cancelations/No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchange at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase. *
